It starts with my original oil paintings on reclaimed doors and found wood. I strive to portray the passion I feel for my source of inspiration, the natural world. Through the use of color, texture and form, stories emerge in the layers of oil and are told and retold.
My desire to continue exploring my painted stories resulted in playing with the digital files of these original oil paintings. It is there I began to notice layers and patterns and textures emerging, coalescing into new stories. Thus, Organic Digital Designs was born.
Sustainably printed in the USA, my Organic Digital Designs are available on natural and recycled materials by the yard or square foot. Both the fibers and the printing method are important elements, as they reinforce my wish to take care of our natural world.
